What is the best way to reach out to someone on the site?

I have tried sending email with zero success in stirring a response from a living breathing being, the cam chat is such a waste of time as is the im application, I have people that have tried to mssg me and only end up missing the connection because of all of the windows involved in a single communication, half the time you never see the incoming because the window opens and closes before responding.The site is designed more around preventing communication than promoting it.You send messages to members you have been corresponding with for years and yet they still block the messages even after paying for the privelidge of reading and even if you have read them already . So this brings me to the point of the blog, at least people are reading the blog posts because nothing else here works and that leaves a lot of people with nothing to do on here, so when are these blog post about to be blocked because you are able to exchange information and have an actual conversation?????????????????
