Look at me... All fancy and shit! It's like, I'm not even in my own kitchen anymore!  For Christmas this year my Middle gave a pc set of Cuisinart pots and pans. I have never owned a matching set of pots and pans... Let alone decent ones. Not going lie... It brought some tears these eyes. I've always been that person that just made due with what I had and if I needed something, I'd go buy it. So, I literally spent the majority of my adult life with mismatched fry pans and pots with lost lids. In a strange way.... I feel just a little bit more like a bona fide, put-together adult. Fancy dishes... Check! Fancy knife bloc.. Check! Fancy cookware... Check Check!! Now I just need master a few decent recipes and find someone cook for who will appreciate my cooking! Cause, unless it's mac and cheese, the Spawn ain't eating it.... Happy Sunday! |

Girl after the holidays I went and bought a set of stainless steel pits and pans at Blek's . One set I got in the mail was bent so off to the store I went, and got another set and when I got home ,they were messed up.So on Sunday I went back and asked for a refund and so that day later on I found a set on Amazon . This new set is heavy. I am very pleased with this new purchase.

I read the instruction book they came with. Vinegar is supposed to help restore the interior, but you're right. You know, I had to register my set because it comes with a lifetime warranty.

That was so nice of him. Your kitchen is very lovely. When I got my own apartment in 2018 after I got my disability I started out all over agai. The silverware matches but my pots and pans do not,and for my birthday this year my daughter bought me a few things and she bought me a coffee maker which makes one cup of coffee. I was shocked and for Christmas this year she gave me a real nice gift certificate for $20 to a restaurant that we eat at quite a bit and a canvas with the easel with the pictures of my grandson on it ,and I cried. Last couple years she has done nothing but gave me coffee mugs and we call her the drama queen in the family. I have found the www. All Recipe .com has some good ones

I've got old mismatched cookware but most are pretty decent. I do have several Graniteware pans that I love, easy clean up. I've got a lot of recipes, I'm sure we can work something out.
